Seeking one (one only) "clean" and respectful person (female preferred) to share a large five bedroom house located in Tukwila. Other roommates include a married couple with an infant boy, a couple who lives downstairs in the house, and a 16 year old high school student. Ages range from 16 to 34. House has easy access to I-5 and 405, and is an 8 minute ( YES 8 MINUTE) walk to the "Tukwila Light Rail Station." Rapid Ride F bus line is a less than 5 minute walk, which takes you quickly to Southcenter Mall and Sounder commuter rail. Easy commute to airport and downtown Seattle. Room: Sizeable room measuring (11 x 14 feet) with decent closet space and natural light. Not furnished. Hardwood floor. Extra storage is also available for you downstairs if needed for bikes, luggage, etc. Bathroom: SHARED BATH down the hall with shower. You would share the bath with others who use it as a restroom, but be the primary person who showers in it, etc. as there are two other baths. Parking: Off street parking available at the house. A garage is also available for an extra fee if needed. Garage Fee: $50 extra per month. Garage is easily accessible with automatic opener. Rent: $750 per month plus utilities. Utils average $75 a month for everything, including internet. House does not have cable TV and we prefer not to pay for it. Lease: 6+ months, with $600 fully refundable deposit. Pay deposit and first month's rent on move in. Basic background check required with past reference. Deposit is refunded on move out so long as you clean up thoroughly and there are no damages. House Rules: We are all clean and respectful with "shared monthly chores biweekly" we keep track of. Our day usually starts around 8 am and ends at 11 PM. The occasional visitor is acceptable but not preferred, frequent guests and overnight visitors are not allowed. It's a Filipino household, so the occasional family party with lots of food is a given. No smoking and no pets please. Note that due to COVID, we are currently trying to restrict guests and limit visitors to the house to all stay healthy.
