About This Property
There is a large, unfenced backyard and a small front yard in a nice neighborhood. It is about a mile from Indiana State University. The rent INCLUDES furnace heat, water, sewer, trash, and use of the laundry facilities. Renter will pay for any other utilities (ie, gas, electric, phone, Internet, cable, etc.). Long-term renters preferred. No pets. Rental history, employment history, and references are required. Please note that a credit check and background check ($45) will be required through this website.
