Rent is $1195 a month with a separate utility charge of $100 that Includes water, sewage, trash, gas, and WIFI. Electric is billed separately through Xcel. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. We are PET FRIENDLY!
