Enjoy free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked back to back, and up to 1 vehicle on the street in front of the property. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. It's located 12 minutes from Disney World, 22 minutes from Universal Studios, and 20 minutes from SeaWorld. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 15 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 AM.
