Located in the heart of Over the Rhine, this house is less than a 1-minute walk to the iconic Cincinnati destination Somerset Bar, and offers easy access to Music Hall, Washington Park, the Reds, Bengals, FC Cincinnati, Rhinegeist, Findlay Market, and the University of Cincinnati. Dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, and museums are within walking distance. Guest favorites include Pepp & Dolores, Sacred Beast Diner, The Eagle, Nicola's, Abigail Street, Louvino and Findlay Market. Over the Rhine is an urban environment. This property offers close access to some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, and local shops. The neighborhood is still in the process of revitalization, making it a great choice for travelers seeking convenience and value. If you’re not comfortable with urban environments, however, this may be a challenging stay. You will see some litter, and some people hanging out around a nearby convenience store. Some of our neighbors pull up lawn chairs on the street and hang out in front of their stoop. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and charges may be pressed. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. A $300 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking indoors. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs are incurred arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost.
