This is 6 Month lease available on a newly remodeled home in Downtown Loveland East. The lease terms are from November 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2024. We do not allow pets. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished. The third bedroom dedicated to supply/maintenance/storage. We can make arrangements to offer this 3rd bedroom as part of the lease if requested. There is an option to offer the property without furnishings, if desired we can discuss this further. The property is meticulously maintained and cared for. The home is clean and peaceful. Located in a pleasant neighborhood that is in close proximity to historic downtown Loveland. The monthly rent is $2100.00. The utilities will be managed under the homeowners account but will be paid for by the lessee. The home owner will cover the cost for Xfinity internet. The tenant will be responsible for a 2/3 share of all other utilities. The lease application will require a background, credit and reference check. There is no application fee. After application approval. A lease agreement will be signed. First months rent +$2100 damage deposit will be required upfront.
