Welcome to Compass Point 510, a beautifully updated coastal retreat nestled along the peaceful shores of Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Feel at home in this inviting condo, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and scenic beauty. The building has recently been updated and now features a fully operational indoor pool. The property also includes a private fishing pier, a convenient boat launch, a small sandy lagoon-side beach, and an outdoor grill area. Parking is limited to 2 cars, and no additional parking is available. The parking fee is included in the total amount. With beach access just a short walk down the street, you’re always close to the Gulf’s sugar-white sand and emerald waters. Local attractions include Waterville USA, Gulf Shores Golf Club, and Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals, as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
