Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
