Through the wall AC unit, with a gas fireplace and electric baseboard heating. Utility room has washer and dryer hookups. Yard maintenance is provided. Snow removal is responsibility of the tenant. 2 vehicles are allowed. Dog or cat are considered on a case by case basis. If approved it will add $50 per month in additional rent plus an additional $200 deposit. Also available to the tenant is a 400 square foot garage with electricity in the alley behind the duplex.
