Property Ratings at 1515 Flats
I've been here a month and in that time we have had 3 major building-wide issues. 1 The door access system went down. 2 The power went out for 4 straight days and off and on for a full week 3. The elevators have been down for a week. Management tells tenants different things if they communicate anything at all. Do not rent!
This property has a variety of studio floorplans and the way they are each designed is beyond what you'd find in a studio elsewhere. It was well thought out and the space is so well used. Also close to Sloan's Lake and so many new restaurants and bars in the area!

I've now lived at 1515 Flats for nearly 3 years now. This building is beautiful and well maintained. Sloan's Lake is just two blocks away along with several restaurants and hot spots. I could not ask for a better location while living in Denver. Downtown is less than 3 miles away. If you're looking for new and exceptional service, look no further. 1515 Flats is your place. I highly recommend!!

i am moving out so have no belongings left in my apartment but have to stay an extra night for cleaning. unfortunately my fire alarm has started chirping and the front office refuses to help me out with a ladder or any support since it’s in the lease that i have to replace the fire alarm battery. this is one of many instances and since i’m moving out in just over it...it’s very corporate and they’re honestly morally bankrupt people. avoid avoid avoid...

I absolutely love it here! It is beautiful. Also, it is conveniently located near a Target. The resident events are a lot of fun as well.
