The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals, from basic cookware to a convenient breakfast bar. Community amenities include a community pool, gym and fitness center, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking/biking trail, and grill area. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and a pet waste pick-up fee is $50 per occurrence. You will have three visitor parking spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Located in Tampa Palms, this home is a short drive from the University of South Florida (5 minutes), MOSI (8 minutes), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 minutes), Takomah Trail Park (10 minutes), and Lettuce Lake Park (13 minutes). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
