We are close to restaurants, retail, and services on NE Fremont (west of apt.) and NE Sandy (south of apt).  COSTS + CONTRACT Total costs for the apartment are $950/month for rent plus a $200/month surcharge for all utilities (WiFi, water/sewer, garbage, electricity). This equals $1150/month, all included.  - Up to one additional occupant may be added to the lease for a utilities surcharge of $75/monthly.  - Security deposit = one month's total costs - Total move in costs = $2300 (rent + security deposit) - This is for a 1-year lease. After the first year, the lease will turn to month-to-month.  COMMUNITY  We have clear, stringent qualifications because we're looking for an excellent fit with someone interested in renting from us for the long-term, who can become a sweet part of our little community.
