Kelli Kaspar was born in Indiana and moved to North Carolina for the first time at a young age in the 1980s to Asheville, NC. She then would move with her parents to Texas, then Missouri, only to come back to NC, but this time to Apex, NC. Finally, her family realized what so many people and families realize: the Triangle of NC is a beautiful place to live, work, play, invest, learn, create, retire! She comes from a background of 19 years in the real estate business and brings skills and experience first garnered on her parent s real estate team, then expanded on once she began working with her real estate clients. Kelli Kaspar attended North Carolina State University and Appalachian State University, studying sociology and psychology, giving her a unique insight into advocating for her clients best interests. Kelli Kaspar entered the Real Estate world by joining her parent s real estate team in the early 2000s as a transaction coordinator. In this role, she began learning experience in everything after a contract is formed before earning her real estate license and becoming a buyer s agent. Knowing how buyers think and behave uniquely suited her to serve sellers later by giving them buyers insights. She now can service both real estate buyers and sellers well by having a good understanding of one as well as the other. Kelli Kaspar continues to emulate her parents and share her excellent service with her clients. She loves to meet new people and help them accomplish their goals, whether it be first-time buyers, buyers and sellers moving up or down because of evolving family needs, corporate relocation in or out of the area, or investors wanting to add real estate to their portfolios. Kelli Kaspar is married and lives in Raleigh, NC, with her husband Bill, their Pitbull Rosie, and many accumulating house plants. She spends her free time walking Rosie, working out at 12th State CrossFit, running local and nationwide road, trail, and obstacle races. When she is not sweating it out, she is volunteering with Saving Grace Animal Rescue in Wake Forest, NC, listening to music, and sampling all the vegan food, snacks, and drinks throughout North Carolina (and the world) that she can.
