This beautiful 2 bedroom waterfront home has been completely remodeled, is fully furnished and is located in the desirable neighborhood of The Lakes in Tempe, AZ. The master bedroom boasts a lovely King size bed with lake views, a ceiling fan, television and a sliding door to a private patio with a hammock. The master bath suite has a double vanity with custom sinks/mirrors crafted with sea green glass and slate; the master shower has a bench and 3 shower heads including a rain head. The master closet has built in drawers and shelves for both clothing and shoes and is very large. The second bedroom has a full sized bed and full size futon. The main bath has a whirlpool tub/shower with a single vanity. This open floor plan with lots of natural light and windows creates an atmosphere of warmth where the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, built in Subzero refrigerator and Wolf range adjoins the living room. The main living area has a large leather sectional sofa, a fireplace and a 55’’ flat screen television with DIRECTV and Netflix. You can watch the big game and enjoy the boats floating by the lake at the same time! There is a private pool (unheated), 2 chase lounges with an umbrella, BBQ and lovely private deck with a complete outdoor patio set that overlooks the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use as well. This quiet neighborhood even has its own restaurant “The Watershed” which is within walking distance from the house. A lovely place for an evening drink, dinner and an amazing sun set. The home also has central Heating/AC, high-speed internet and a washer/dryer. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars; on street parking is also available. The location is perfect for Spring Training fans; a mere 15 minutes from the fields in both Mesa and Scottsdale, 15 minutes from ASU, 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and 15 minutes from hiking trails in South Mountain Park. There is ready access to Interstates 10, 60 and the 101 all within one mile so you are very central to anywhere in the valley. Grocery (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Fry’s), Target, Yoga, Dining and Entertainment are all conveniently located within 1 mile. The length of your stay and the size of the unit will determine the amount of the security deposit. The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of May-October. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out. The cleaning fee and damage waiver are non-refundable.
