The space features 10ft ceilings and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that are unique to this unit. There are closets galore, including a large walk-in (large enough to be a small home office), making storage a breeze. Washer/dryer also in the unit. The building features a workout room, outdoor terrace, community room, library and a 24hr security team. There is a catch- our outdoor area is being completely remodeled during the summer/autumn months (which means disrupted views/construction noise) - discount is reflected in the rental rate. However, when the remodel is finished in autumn, views from this condo will be stunning! Feel free to ask questions about construction.
