This unfurnished loft is at the rear of the 1st floor of a 3 story building in the center of Historic Down Town Marion. It features 14 foot ceilings and hardwood floors with the entrance on the access road beside the N Prospect overpass. The entry area has space to hang up coats and store boots. From there a short hallway leads to a small room (just big enough for a queen bed) with a closet opposite. A second hallway leads to bathroom and living/kitchen area. The former commercial bathroom has a tile floor, side by side pedestal sinks with mirrors plus a toilet and shower behind the original wood stall doors. The living/kitchen area includes the sink with disposal, refrigerator and gas stove in one corner opposite tall windows. The tenant-shared laundry room is located on the 2nd floor. Please note: Users of any nicotine product (cigarettes, chewing tobacco, vaping etc.) will not be considered.
