Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. A shared well, private septic, and lawncare are included in the renal rate, all other utilities are tenant's responsibility. The heat source is an electric heat pump, no central AC. Additionally, the home has a full sized generator, which is provided and maintained by the owner. This property is not pet friendly.
