The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and safe. It has been my home for 11 years. Pet-and smoke-free. Looking for clean, quiet, mature professional single or couple. Background check required, paid by tenant. Mid-term (~3-month) rentals preferred. $140 per month for gas and electric is included. Tenant pays any that is used over this amount. Albany Medical Center, Saint Peters Hospital, SUNY Albany, Albany College of Pharmacy, Albany Law School, and the New York State capital are all nearby. NYC and Boston day trips are doable. Adirondacks and Catskills offer tons of outdoor activities. Grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs nearby.
