It's also a 4-minute drive to the HWY 12 boat ramp, a 10-minute drive to Prairie Creek Marina, and 6 miles away from the Monument Bike Trails at Hobbs State Park. 4-wheel drive is recommended but not required to reach the home, which is down a short dirt road. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
