All utilities for gas, electric, gigabit internet, water and rubbish disposal are included in the monthly rent listed here. Our current tenants bought a house, so we’re looking for the next right fit. As our namesake suggests, we are right between the two quintessential Vermont towns of Waterbury and Stowe, with each offering a uniquely Vermont experience. Minutes from Ben & Jerry's, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Artisan Coffee Roasters, and much more. We are fortunate to enjoy one of the best vistas in the area, with sunset views that include Camel's Hump Mountain, the backside of Bolton Valley, and just south of Mt Mansfield. Although it's only 21 minutes to the Stowe Base Lodge, we are also within 45 minutes of Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, Smugglers Notch, Cochrans, and Bolton Valley. Not to be forgotten is our 5-minute drive to the pristine waters of the Little River State Park (Waterbury Reservoir) with beautiful hikes, great swimming, camping, and boating.
