We're subletting our beautiful, fully furnished 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in the heart of North Park Slope starting 9/7 through the end of the year (with the possibility of longer). We have called this apartment home for the past 5 years because it is such a gem, but we will be in Boston for the foreseeable future. We're hoping someone else can enjoy it in the meantime. Since we're currently out of town, we've included the few photos we had from the previous tenant; we will repost with actual photos of the furnishings later this week. Located conveniently at the corner of Sterling Pl & 7th Ave, our apartment is on the parlor floor of a beautifully maintained brownstone. The building has been well maintained including historic finishes including a beautiful pier mirror, wood moldings, hard wood floors and original built-in shutters. There is a full size new washer/dryer in unit and 8x20 patio overlooking garden. The kitchen was newly renovated with quartz countertops, new cabinets, new refrigerator and dishwasher. We're steps away from the Q/B, 2 blocks to 2/3, 3 blocks to Prospect Park.
