There are security cameras outside for safety, but none point to the pool area. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the home, and a maximum of 18 guests can be accommodated. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, and any violation of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
