No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time during your stay.
