Yard care is included in rent. You are invited to enjoy the garden and add your personal touches to the spaces. $200/month for all usage of water/sewer/garbage. Smoking is allowed outdoors with the use of designated ashtrays only. No dogs. Cats are allowed with an additional pet rent of $30/month per pet and $500 refundable security deposit.
