Washer dryer hook-ups, heat pump/A/C, hardwood and vinyl flooring, trash and recycling included and off-street parking. The home has been well maintained and is beautiful inside and out. Convenient to I-26 and I-240. No dogs, cats considered. No smoking. To schedule a showing you must apply online at rentals828.com (every person that would live in the property +18 yo must apply). We don't charge anything for the application, but there is a fee of $30 for the background check that only takes place after the application has been approved and the property has been shown. We are only scheduling showings to those who complete the application. The tenant is responsible for ALL utilities with the exception of water which is included in rent. The first month's rent and security deposit upfront is required. Rent is $1,200/month. If you are interested, please first drive by the property to view the outside and location.
