About This Property

This is a pet-friendly rental. $350 non-refundable deposit for pets and $25-50/pet (depending on pet) monthly pet rent. Pets do need to be approved to be considered. The following utilities are included in monthly rent: wifi, electric, natural gas, water, sewer, trash and recycling. Renter is must keep the grounds clean, including shared spaces and snow removal. Owners will conduct bi-annual wellness checks for the property throughout the 12 month leasing period. Cigarette smoking is not allowed and penalties for smoking will be included in the lease agreement. Background and credit check required. Security deposit of $1,850 and pet deposit, if applicable, is due at signing via online portal. Monthly rent payments will also be paid online due the 1st of the month.
