Grocery stores, gas stations, drugstores, restaurants and drive through food places close. Interstate access only 15 minutes away. A year lease is required. The rent is $1200/mo., due the first of each month. A late fee of $25 will be required for each week that rent runs late. Security deposit of $600 required, it's returnable when vacating, if property is adequately cleaned and in good condition. A maximum of one pet is allowed, with a pet deposit of $200, non-refundable. Includes all utilities, ie.,electricity, water, garbage, and wifi. There's one bay available in the carport for parking. Tenants required to replace A/C filter monthly, replace burnt out light bulbs and replace worn out Smoke Detector batteries. Tenant required to share in taking garbage cans to the street once a week. No smoking is allowed inside the house. After a one year lease, the lease becomes applicable for one month at a time. There's always a 30 day prior written letter required before vacating the property. This applies to the owner also.
