Rent is $1,195 a month with a separate utility charge of $100 covering water, sewage, trash gas and high-speed wireless internet. Electric will be paid separately. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. We are PET FRIENDLY! Pet rent is $35/month with a $300 refundable pet deposit. To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check.
