Available soon as 12/22/2025 or after: Newly built in 2024, fully furnished 1 bed and 1 bath real cedar log cabin with stunning mountain views, a large treehouse-style deck, washer and dryer, fast internet, and a full kitchen. Optional additional flat rate of $325 per month extra for all utilities, including electric, A/C, heat, propane, water, internet, phone, cable, weekly garbage collection, HOA/resident road fee, making the total $1700. Move in ready with optional linens and kitchenware so you can just bring groceries and clothes- as the cabin is fully furnished, we cannot accommodate additional furniture or storage. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is required for the mountain road. It feels like a remote adventure yet is still convenient to town and the AVL airport, about 25 minutes away. Adjoining Sprout Mountain and nearby other local developments. Past tenants have leased while building nearby, and it is possible to hike from the cabin. Flexible lease terms are available, with stays as short as 3 weeks. Online Google Forms pre-application is required before scheduling a showing. Please message for details. Requirements include AWD or 4WD vehicle, renters insurance, income of three times the rent, and a credit and background check. No cats. No drive bys without an appointment.
