Max occupants are 4, including infants and children. The master has a queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 double beds. There is another full bathroom off of the living room. This condo is furnished, including dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. Rental terms of 3+ months available. The rental amount includes Internet, basic cable TV, trash service, water and sewer. You will need to pay for electricity. No pets allowed. We may consider a small, non-shedding dog with an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $300, and pet fee paid each month of $35.00. No smoking of any kind (including vaping) in the condo or on the enclosed balcony. Parking is in a parking lot in front of the condo with a max of 2 cars. No motorcycles, trailers or boats allowed.
