One block from Brew Culture Coffee and Seedstock Brewery, just down the road from the Alamo Drafthouse complex with its selection of restaurants. Three blocks south of Sloan's Lake, and a 6 minute drive to the Edgewater King Soopers, Target, Ace Hardware, etc. Just a few blocks from Paco Sanchez park.
