Hi, you can rent the whole apartment as one group. If you are by yourself or don’t have all your apartment mates, you can still sign a lease directly with me, owner, and you can pick your own apartment mates, adding some or all of them to the lease later. Just 0.3 miles from the unit is famous Valencia Street as well. From this point and a mile down is some of the City’s hottest destination eateries, independent shops, most crowded watering holes, parklets, car-free Fridays and Saturdays, outdoor live music, etc.  The building is located 0.9 miles to the U.S. 101, which leads to all parts of the Bay Area and highways, such as Silicon Valley, San Jose, San Mateo, Peninsula, Berkeley, Hayward, Walnut Creek, Oakland, Golden Gate Bridge, Marin, Interstate 280 and 80, etc. Cut out significant time stuck in local traffic mornings and afternoons.  Numerous South Bay companies have pick up points in the area.
