Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome unit available early May! Located just off of 1400 N and 1200 E in Logan is this beautiful townhome community. We are currently accepting applications for April and May move in dates. If you are looking for a move in date closer to July and August feel free to reach out and we will add you to our waitlist! Unit Details: These units are 2,000 square feet, and two stories with a finished basement. All appliances are included as well as a double set of washers and dryers in each unit. A two car garage is included with the unit and additional parking can be rented on a monthly basis. All units are no animals, no smoking, and no vaping. Leases: Typical lease term is for 12 months but a school year option may be available, just ask! Pricing: The rental rate for the 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom units is $2,000 per month, utilities are not included. This property does require all adult renters to have a renters insurance policy during tenancy. Application: All prospective tenants over age 18 must submit their own individual application. There is a $50 application fee that covers a background and credit check. Our financial requirements are a household income of 3x the monthly rent and credit score(s) over 650.
