The surrounding community features golf courses, dining, and easy access to major roads, making it simple to explore the best of Central Florida. A pet fee and $150 security deposit is required to welcome furry friends, and a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
