In order to be considered for this property, you must complete an online application and meet these qualifications: 1) Recent proof of income. Total income must be equal to or greater than 3 times the monthly rent for this home. For example: If the monthly rent is $1500, your combined income (plus the income of any adults that will be on the lease) must be at least $4500 per month to qualify. 2) No Evictions - we complete a full credit/background check and rental. 3) A state or federally issued ID. 4) The (non-negotiable non-refundable) application fee is $50 for each person 18 and older. 5) Pets are allowed with a monthly pet rent (per pet). Each person 18 and older will need to complete complete a separate online application and pay an application fee.
