This great Old Town location has a private deck , Air Conditioning, Stainless Steel kitchen appliances including the dishwasher. In addition to the deck, there is a patio in the yard with furniture. The South, and West facing windows making it a very bright apartment. There is a private entrance off the deck as well as the front shared entry. The 1st bedroom is average sized, the 2nd bedroom is up stairs and is a loft layout. Frankly it's enormous! We're just a quick walk to both the Brown and Red lines. as well as a the grocery store, dry cleaners and North Ave and Wells St restaurants. There is plenty of on street parking, We are also close to wells street, Lincoln Park, DePaul, Red line Brown line near north. Zip cars live nearby and divi bike docks are around the corner as well. I live around the corner so have a lot of flexibility on showing, including early evenings as well as over the weekend.
This great one bedroom apartment. It has it's own deck in addition to the shared patio, lots of windows and light. It has it's own private entrance off the deck. The apartment is located on a quite tree lined street here in a great Old Town location. Quit, but close to the North Ave and Wells street restaurants and bars. I've updated the photos and can text a video if you like. There is also plenty of on street parking in our neighborhood. If you don't have a car, there are Zip cars in the area as well as car rentals very nearby. I may have a space coming available under the coach house in the rear is a garage, which would be $150 per month. The yard has a landscaped patio area with a grill which is available for your use. I've attached a few photos, but come by for a better look! I'd be happy to answer any questions you have, or get you in for a look. I've been out of town but I'm back and able to show you the apartment this week or over the weekend. Near the Brown line Sedgwick and red line Clyborn stops in the Old Town area. we're just south of the Lincoln park and DePaul area of the city as well as Law School

The historic neighborhood of Old Town is located in the North Side of Chicago, adjacent to Lincoln Park. Its buildings date back to the Victorian era, but the pace is anything but old-fashioned.
Old Town is lively both day and night – residents enjoy the cool, eclectic shops as well as rustic taverns along Wells Street. When you first step into the community, you’ll probably notice the iron “Old Town” sign. You’ll also discover the diversity here, both in food and culture. The comedy zone is a great place to go for a good laugh – check out the Second City or Zanies Comedy Club for weekly shows.
In addition to the eclectic shops along Wells Street, residents find comfort in the local market where they can purchase fragrant spices, imported oils, and blended wines. Many family-owned restaurants reside here - from pizza parlors to steakhouses and sushi.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
