First floor of house lots of square footage on a quiet street. 1.5 baths. 2 large bedrooms and a smalller 3rd bedroom has its own half bath. Really good AC, all appliances and your own washer and dryer. Lots of closet and pantry space in apartment, and lots of basement storage. Large front porch. 1 block from bus stop, 2 blocks from one of the best bakeries in the city. 12 minute walk to the Forbes/Murray/Upstreet business district. Very quick and convienent to Oakland. 12 month lease only starting 8/1/24. No sublets.
