All within three blocks, you'll find the Third Ward shopping district, Summerfest grounds, the Riverwalk, coffee shops, and countless restaurants and bars. No smoking is allowed, and a $150 fee will be assessed for violations. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Alternate side street parking: on even-numbered days, park on the side of the street with even house numbers; on odd-numbered days, park on the side of the street with odd house numbers.
