All bedrooms are on one level, featuring two queen beds and two twin beds, each with cozy decor and high-quality linens. The living room offers plush seating, a large Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, Keurig coffee machine, and all essentials, with dining options both indoors and on the expansive deck. The fenced-in yard provides a secure space for pets. Parking is plentiful with a driveway large enough for three cars. We welcome up to two housebroken dogs with a pet fee of $75 per pet per stay. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. Located in the heart of Fayetteville, this home offers city convenience and natural beauty. Explore the downtown area and University of Arkansas campus, and enjoy the town’s cultural attractions, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Fayetteville boasts a vibrant arts community, stunning parks, and unique boutiques, making it perfect for shopping and exploring local nightlife. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, and smoking indoors will incur a cost of smoke remediation, which can exceed $1,000. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. All guests must be registered, and unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per guest per night. Late check-outs without pre-approval will result in a $100 fee, and if more than 90 minutes late, the greater of $250 or the full rate for another night will be charged. Early check-ins are not permitted unless pre-arranged. Please do not use bathroom towels to clean bikes, as replacement costs will be charged.
