Nordic Pines Townhouse apartments is a senior living campus for residents that are at least 55 years of age. The restrictions are that the facility will not allow smoking in the buildings and no dogs will be allowed. The interiors have been redesigned for maximum tenant comfort and function. The exteriors have been modified extensively to pay homage to the heritage of the Monroe area with an old-world exterior and a modern interior. Each luxury apartment is a two-bedroom unit with two full baths that is approximately 1100 square feet. The buildings have all been re-insulated the new insulation that meets or exceeds State laws, so each tenant has low energy usage. All apartments have new central air and gas furnaces and each apartment has their own electric panel and meter. The residents need to pay their own electric and gas heating bills as this is not included in the rent. The water/sewer and trash are included in the rent. The apartments feature stainless steel kitchen appliances that include refrigerator, flat top range, microwave, and dishwasher. Plus, each apartment includes front loading washing machines and electric high efficiency dryers for the residents use. TDS will be offering cable TV and internet services to the tenants. Each apartment has three cable/internet outlets. Tenants will be able to pay for the service they want. All buildings are security lock facilities. The parking lots have new LED lighting. The apartments have all new everything, including carpet, porcelain tile floors in kitchen/entry and bathrooms, granite vanity counters, and maple kitchen cabinets and bath vanities. And of course, all faucets and tub/shower trim are new. The parking lot is new, and each tenant will be assigned two spaces. In the future there are plans for the addition of covered parking that will not detract from the park-like views from the apartments. All leases are 12 months. The entry rental rates for the complex will be $900/month for first floor units and $850/month for second floor units. Thank you for taking time to visit our new complex.
