The apartment is located on a quite tree lined street here in a great Old Town location. Quit, but close to the North Ave and Wells street restaurants and bars. In addition to the shared front door, there is a private entrance off the deck. I've updated the photos and can text a video if you like. The yard has a landscaped patio area with a grill which is available for your use. There is also plenty of on street parking in our neighborhood. If you don't have a car, there are Zip cars in the area as well as car rentals very nearby. I may have a space coming available under the coach house in the rear is a garage, which would be $160 per month. I've attached a few photos, but come by for a better look!
