No birds or fish. Absolutely no smoking on the premises, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. Tenants responsible for yard maintenance and all utilities. Washer and dryer currently on site. $1950 security deposit. Credit, background, and eviction check required for each adult ($40 fee per adult). Portable credit reports no more than 30 days old are accepted.
