Trash is paid, tenant pays other utilities and performs all yard care to include mowing the grass in the summer and shoveling snow in the winter in accordance with city law. $45 application fee per adult. Maximum of 4 souls without extra fees. ($150/month per soul). Rent and deposit will be higher with outstanding collections and/or judgements - up to an additional $200 deposit and monthly rent.
