The master bedroom is two rooms in one, the private room in the back has its own sunroom. The house contains real wooden floors, Italian marble countertops, modern Samsung appliances, and a contemporary minimalistic kitchen. The home has a lot of natural lighting, and it sits in the beautiful Historic Anacostia community. It has a new roof, HVAC system, and AC unit. The deck was added in the summer of 2020 and it has outdoor furniture, the porch was also remodeled in summer of 2020. The backyard has room for a garden and fits two cars for private parking. Pets are welcomed if they are home trained and owners can guarantee they will cover any damages. The house is furnished with beds, dresser, couches, and a dining room table. The rent drops if you prefer an unfurnished home. The alley in the back is a private alley and all the neighbors on the street are very friendly and respectful. We are looking for a family of 3-4, or a group of professionals who would like to split the home. In-person and virtual tours are available upon request.
