Self-employment: Two years of signed tax returns AND four months of complete bank statements. 2. Two recent years of favorable rental references or ownership. We are unable to verify rental history from friends or family. Past evictions are not accepted. 3. Minimum 80% positive credit with at least two lines of positive credit established for one year and reported on your credit report. Real estate related liens and judgments are not accepted.
