The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. Pet Deposit $300 Pet Rent $35 To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check.
