ONE ASSIGNED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACE at the rear of the house is guaranteed. ON-SITE LAUNDRY facilities are available. AVERAGE gas, water and trash for the past 12 months were calculated at $66.41. Tenant will have their own electric bill with Colorado Springs Utilities. WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO HIDDEN FEES. NO DOGS ALLOWED. CATS ACCEPTED with $300 refundable pet deposit and $35 per month rent. NO SMOKING INSIDE building. Our apartments are located in the heart of the very desirable historic Old North End neighborhood. They are walking distance to downtown, Colorado College (2 blocks), Penrose Hospital, walking and bike trails, etc. This apartment is on the first floor and has a front and a rear entrance. It has lots of old-time charm with its beautiful wood floors, 10 foot ceilings, original pocket doors, awesome woodwork, and leaded glass windows. You will feel more like you are living in your own Victorian home. Kitchen appliances are furnished. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and there is another walk-in closet in the living room with lots of storage space. Building and lawn are very well maintained. You will have a large yard right outside your back door to enjoy as your own. The apartment house has access to fast and reliable underground GIGABIT FIBER INTERNET for both upload and download speeds with no data caps or equipment charges, and no lock-in contracts. This is a great option for tenants working from home. It is only $65 for 1 gigabit or $49 for 500 mb. Comcast cable is also an option for TV and internet. For health-related air quality concerns, all apartments have hot water radiant heat ensuring against the intermixing of air between individual units.
