The apartment house has access to fast and reliable underground GIGABIT FIBER INTERNET for both upload and download speeds with no data caps or equipment charges, and no lock-in contracts. This is a great option for tenants working from home. It is only $65 for 1 gigabit or $49 for 500 mb. Comcast cable is also an option for TV and internet.
