Our unit is available May 27 - August 18. Rent for that 12 week period is $4000 with a $1000 deposit. The photos are before we added furniture. There are 2 recliner chairs, a side table and a TV in the living room. There is a kitchen table with 4 chairs in the dining area. There is a king bed, side table and dresser in the master bedroom, and a single cot bed with a side table in the spare bedroom. We can purchase two twin beds and a dresser for the second bedroom if needed. Top floor (3rd) of the building, with vaulted ceilings. Tile floors except the bedrooms which are carpeted; breakfast bar, newer kitchen appliances, lots of cabinets. Upgraded light fixtures in the two full bathrooms. Large master suite has soaking tub and a walk-in closet. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Storage closet off the balcony. Central A/C plus 3 ceiling fans. Enjoy the swimming pool which is close by. Close to Buckley AFB, UC and VA Hospitals, Light Rail, Airport, High Line Canal Trail, and the Aurora Mall.
