The property is half a block from Hyde Street, which is a cute tree-lined street with shops, cafes, and restaurants. The historic Cable Car lines run down Hyde Street and will take you to the Fisherman's Wharf Area and to the busy shopping area of Downtown San Francisco (Powell/Market). You would be 2 blocks away from the busy Van Ness Avenue which has restaurants for blocks and blocks, including the famous House of Prime Rib. There is also the 1000 Van Ness movie theater which is on Van Ness avenue/O'Farrell Street.
