The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel and custom appliances, a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher with pods, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and other essentials. Enjoy the ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and mini billiards table, as well as central heating, a washer and dryer, and complimentary drinks such as tea, water, and coffee. Optional upgrades include a National Park entry, welcome basket, birthday decor package, romantic wine and flower package, spa at home package, movie night upgrade, Christmas tree and decor, Halloween decor and pumpkin carving package, winter cozy package, beer tasting kit, diffuser and aroma set, additional bedding and sleeping arrangements, grocery pre-stocking service, and a pet-friendly package. One-car garage and driveway parking are available. Aster is a modern and growing community with improving sidewalks, parks, and local amenities. Some services are walkable, while others may require a short drive. Bus services via Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) provide convenient routes through the Aster and Laurel communities, connecting quickly to Meadows Transit Centre for access across the city. The community features multi-use pathways and planned bike lanes, offering safe and enjoyable routes for cyclists. This home is conveniently located 5 minutes from Meadows Recreation Centre, Aster Plaza, Laurel Crossing shopping and dining, Walmart Supercentre (Tamarack), and Save-On-Foods (Tamarack); 10 minutes from RioCan Meadows shopping district, Grey Nuns Community Hospital, Mill Woods Town Centre, and Costco Wholesale (23 Ave); and 15 minutes from South Edmonton Common, Sherwood Park via Anthony Henday, and Mill Woods Transit Centre. Downtown Edmonton, the University of Alberta, West Edmonton Mall, and Edmonton International Airport are 20–25 minutes away. Quick access to Anthony Henday Drive, 17 Street, and Whitemud Drive makes trips across the city or out to Jasper, Banff, and Calgary simple and convenient. A $250 CAD fine will be charged if smoking occurs with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from the unit, following the law and fine policy. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am; please be mindful of neighbors, bylaws, and basement tenants. There is a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as there is a noise detector. If items are left behind after a stay, arrangements must be made with the host to collect them within 14 days of the checkout date. If shipping is required, a fee of $50 plus postage will be charged prior to the items being shipped. Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for consideration.
